Business Mitra Capital (operated by Businesssoul Capital Pvt. Ltd.) provides fundraising preparation and introduction services for early-stage and growth-stage businesses. Our services include fundraising strategy, pitch deck preparation, financial projections, DPR preparation, and introductions to independent investors where appropriate.
No Guarantee of Funding
We prepare founders for investor conversations and facilitate introductions. We do not guarantee that any funding will be secured, that any investor introduction will result in a transaction, or that the valuation or terms sought by the client will be achievable. Investment decisions remain entirely at the discretion of independent investors.

Meeting Bookings
Meeting bookings are subject to availability and require full payment at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only after payment verification and owner approval. We reserve the right to reject or reschedule any booking, in which case a full refund will be processed. Cancellations by the client are non-refundable unless notified at least 48 hours in advance.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your business details, financial information, or any other confidential information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to facilitate investor introductions with your agreement.
Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
